Blacklock Locksmith provides professional residential, commercial, and emergency mobile locksmith services throughout the Los Angeles area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Authorization & Proof of Ownership
To ensure security and compliance with local laws, customers must provide proof of authorization.
- By requesting a lockout, rekeying, or lock change, you certify under penalty of law that you are the legal owner, authorized tenant, or designated representative of the property or vehicle.
- Blacklock Locksmith reserves the absolute right to refuse service if proper identification, a lease, a deed, or other valid proof of authorization cannot be provided on-site.
3. Pricing and Estimates
- Any pricing provided over the phone, via email, or listed on our website is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide.
- Final pricing is determined on-site by our technician after inspecting the specific hardware, lock type, and severity of the issue. You will be informed of the final cost before any work begins.
4. Limitation of Liability & Property Damage
Blacklock Locksmith makes every effort to perform services safely, damage-free, and professionally. However, lock manipulation, drilling, and hardware replacement carry inherent physical risks to doors and frames.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to doors, frames, windows, or surrounding hardware.
- We are not liable for unavoidable minor wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or necessary structural drilling required to gain entry during an emergency lockout where alternative bypass methods are unavailable.
5. Hardware Warranty
- All hardware supplied and installed by Blacklock Locksmith is subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty.
- Blacklock Locksmith provides a standard 30-day workmanship warranty on our installations. This warranty does not cover issues caused by vandalism, misuse, accidental damage, or severe weather.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from our services shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County.
